Shipping and Returns


SHIPPING

Flat fee of $10.00 per transaction.
Additional fees may be charged for multiple items within a transaction.

1. We strive to have all orders processed and shipped within 24 hours. If there are going to be delays in processing or shipping, we will let you know. Please note that we do not ship on NZ observed holidays.

2. Delivery time: While we do everything to get your parcel to you as possible please allow up to 3-5 working days for your order.

Please note: Business days exclude weekends. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover return shipping costs for orders nor can we facilitate exchanges.

RETURNS

We guarantee the quality and individuality of all our handmade products. As a result of the handcrafted nature of our products, many items will vary slightly in colour and/or size.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or a gift, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item on info@akwaaba.co.nz before mailing products back to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 2 days by contacting customer service. Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of the date that you received your order.

Please allow up to 1- 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product. If the item was a gift, we will issue store credit for the return. Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives and you find it is the wrong size or colour, we will happily refund your order provided that you follow our returns policy set out above. We reserve the right not to accept refunds or returns for change of mind purchases.

Please choose your purchase carefully. Akwaaba does not offer refunds or exchange on sale item.


EXCHANGE

Credit note for the value of the item(s).

Please ensure that:

The item(s) has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged after purchase.

The item(s) still have all original swing tags and packaging.

The receipt for the item(s) is included.
